CANCELLATION POLICY

A written request for cancellation is required 12 hours prior to delivery of orders. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been delivered. No Refunds. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and design, but due to the delicate nature of flowers and plants the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we do offer store credit or replacements only. For cut flowers and fresh flower arrangements, , we offer store credit or replacements within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All buyers are subject to respective CA state sales taxes.

PURCHASES POLICY
